Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
Opened or used cosmetics, perfumes, skincare, and personal care items.
Items not in their original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error).
Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Downloadable software/digital products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us at [info@slekora.com
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the return value.
If the gift was not marked as such, or shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued directly to the gift giver.
